CHEF

- £??? subject to level of experience
for contracted 50 hours per week 5 on 2 off straight shifts

Being able to work unsupervised
Carvery and varied a la carte and snack menus.
Ordering, H&S, stock, menus etc.
food for restaurant, functions, weddings, conferences.
Good customer service skills well mannered and presented,
good time keeping. Long hours and strenuous work very hands on.
Team player required.
