Chef de Partie

Workign as part of a team catering for a la carte and carvery restaurant
weddings functions etc.Working uner our Head Chef Richard Ingram
50 hours per week, 5 on 2 off, straight shifts
£18,000.00 p.a. Contracted

Front of House

Sales Person

- wage negotiable on level of experience

Selling the hotel for weddings, cionferences, functions, rooms etc. all areas to new clients
Flexible working week depending on individual this could be a prt time position.
Cold calling and telesales essential. Promotions and sales track record necessary.

General Assistant

- £14,500.00 p.a. for contracted 50 hours per week 5 on 2 off.

Being able to work unsupervised varied tasks in all areas of front of hose, restaurant, bar, functions, weddings, conferences. Good customer service skills well mannered and presented, good time keeping. Long hours and strenuous work very hands on.
