A big congratulations to Claire and Mark Brischuk who celebrated their marriage in The Barn at Jersey Farm Hotel.on Saturday 24 November.
Claire and Mark added chair covers to the room and balloon decorations to make the room individual to there theme.
Guests dined on a menu of tomato rocket and mozzarella salad, Thai fish cakes and vegetable soup, traditional local roast beef or chicken chausseur followed by chocolate fudge cake, profiteroles with a warm chocolate sauce or fresh raspberry glazes cheesecake. This is a feature of Jersey Farm that a menu with choices that have been picked by the bride and groom is served to their guests.
Guests will be partying till late with resident disco.
