FIRST WEDDING RECEPTION OF 2018

Thursday 15 February 2018 saw our first civil WEDDING and reception to follow of the year. The happy couple were   Samantha Hildreth and Martin Dauber.

They dressed the Barn FUNCTION suite in a SHABBY CHIC style. The CIVIL CEREMONY side room had rustic wooden candle holders down the aisle, with a heart cut out in them and hessian sashes on the chairs.

For their menu Samantha & Martin chose Tandoori chicken, Prawn cocktail or vegetable soup, Roast Beef or Chicken with a bacon and button onion sauce and to finish, Sticky toffee pudding, white chocolate cheesecake or Lemon merringue pie.

There was a fantastic band to entertain on the evening that had travelled up from London specially. We would highly recommend THE SALVATION to people looking for a band. They also brought a SWEET TABLE which entertained both the children and adults.

During their EVENING RECEPTION an a la carte buffet including BBQ ribs, pork baps, vegetable skewers, chips, chicken goujons and corn on the cob was served to their guests.
