A range of rooms available

The Lounge Suite – A warm and friendly room overlooking green fields. As the name suggests there is a lounge adjacent to the room. Small to medium meetings work very well in this popular room. The lounge becomes a relaxation area at coffee breaks and also enables delegates to work in two   groups. This room is being redecorated in a contemporary style late November 2003.

The Garden Suite Overlooks the patio and is adjacent to the conservatory and cocktail lounge. This room has a light and airy feel, excellent for medium sized meetings and presentations. It's situation means that groups can break for coffee in the cocktail lounge. This room has just been redecorated with a modern feel.

The Conservatory A new addition to the hotel, light and fresh leading into the garden and patio, excellent in summer. This room is ideal for small meetings and as an additional room for the garden suite.

The Barn A large spacious room with a balcony and a stage to present from. This room is great for large seminars, presentations and courses which require space to move around freely. The barn leads out onto our fields so enabling courses to be run that need outside activity. The Barn also has its own bar. The whole barn has new seating and is currently being revamped with many new features. It also now has a terrace to the side with cafe style furniture and water features for receptions out side.

The Barn Side Room Runs along side the barn main room. It features wood paneled walls which allow the sticking up of flip chart paper. This room is perfect for medium/large meetings but also can be used as a breakaway room for the barn.

Everything that you may need to make your event run smoothly inc. in room tariff

Our range of rooms can be set up as you require i.e. boardroom theatre style etc. and include the following at no extra charge :-

  • Your room will be set up in the style you requested and will be ready for you to enter 30 minutes before your conference is due to start.
  • The room will have adequate heating and ventilation.
  • A representative will show you to your room explaining facilities and fire policy, location of toilets and other hotel amenities.
  • The room will automatically be set up with a flip chart, an O.H.P. and screen.
  • Blotters, pens and paper and provided for all delegates
  • A TV/video at no extra cost can be supplied. (Prior booking recommended)
  • An office tool box is supplied in the room which includes all essential items to make the day run smoothly e.g. Blue tack, sellotape, hole punch etc.
  • Extra flip chart pads and pens are supplied at no extra cost
  • Refreshments in the form of water and cordials are supplied in the room. As are mint imperials and sweets.
  • All rooms have access to a direct dial telephone.
  • Photocopying and fax service are available at a reasonable rate.
  • Refreshment breaks will be supplied on the requested times promptly.
  • Your room will be serviced and refreshed during your principal break confidentially.
  • A number of syndicate rooms can be booked ancillary to your main room. All syndicate rooms contain a flip chart and pens.
