CHEF Salary subject to level of experience for contracted 50 hours per week 5 on 2 off straight shifts
- Being able to work unsupervised
- Carvery and varied a la carte and snack menus
- Ordering, H&S, stock, menus etc
- food for restaurant, functions, weddings, conferences
- Good customer service skills well mannered and presented
- Good time keeping
- Long hours and strenuous work – very hands on
- Team player required.
