Your  wedding breakfast and the circumstance that surrounds it has to be one of the most important parts of your day.  Choosing Jersey Farm Hotel guarantees you an excellent meal set in pleasing surroundings with caring staff that attend to your every detail. For your main meal you can choose from the many dishes below and don’t forget one of the attractions of Jersey Farm is the fact that you can design your own menu by choosing exactly what you want for each course.

From the lists supplied you choose 2 starters plus a soup, 2 main dishes and 3 desserts.
Vegetarians order separately and must be pre-ordered all other food is ordered at the tables from menus we have printed. There is no other hotel that offers such a vast choice and a personalised menu. All our dishes are lovingly prepared by our team of chefs.

This can be served as an extra course to your guests add £3.50 to menu price

All guests are served either tea or filter coffee accompanied with mints.

Drinks

Included in your wedding package is a chilled glass of bucks fizz on arrival and a glass of bubbly in the style of champagne served after the cake cutting for the toasts.

If you are having a civil ceremony you may like a pre wedding drink for your guests, to make the day more of an occasion. Prices can be quoted for the following drinks upon request as they may vary due to duty paid etc.

During your meal you might like bottles of wine placed on your tables for your guests. An extensive wine list is available for you perusal.
With the speeches you may like to have Champagne or something in the style of Champagne served instead of the house bubbly. If you do not like alcohol we can tailor a non alcoholic drinks package for your day.

An excellent way to start off a reception or arrival party is to serve your guests canopes – bite size exquisite morsels created by our chefs. These delicious tasters are served on platters and offered to your guests for them to nibble along with their drinks. A variety are served including vegetarian options.
